Design & Engineering
An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. This advanced design features larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increases the fluid capacity of the radiator and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered 5mm fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.
Ford definitely learned some lessons from previous generations and gave some 14th Generation F-150s / 3rd Gen Raptors a pretty decent radiator. While the factory system seems to cope with modifications better than previous generations, more people are pushing these new rigs harder than ever. Plug and Play Installation
CSF designed these Radiators to easily replace the OEM units. The Plug-and-Play "Drop-in Fit" installation takes under an hour and greatly improves the reliability and longevity of your engine.
