    Product Description

    When engine coolant overheats, performance suffers and you are forced to stop driving or risk a cooling system failure. CSF & Full-Race engineers identified this vulnerability during extensive real-world testing of F-150 and Raptor models under demanding conditions. Having to stop and wait for your engine to cool down is more than just an inconvenience, it is a limitation that shouldn't exist in modern trucks. Especially not a Raptor.

    Design & Engineering

    An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. This advanced design features larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increases the fluid capacity of the radiator and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

    CSF vs OEM

    The factory radiators for the 12th Generation F-150s and 1st Gen Raptors were definitely ample for daily driving and even light towing. However, even the larger radiator on trucks with the Super Cooling Package can't always keep up with hauling in adverse conditions and/or extreme off-roading. The CSF design offers:

    30-90% larger core volume than the factory radiator
    100% TIG welded Aluminum construction (compared to plastic end tanks crimped)
    Core straps for strength and added rigidity for extreme reliability in demanding conditions
    Perfect for daily driving, towing, and off-road adventures

    Modular Design

    CSF Designed the radiator with modular fittings for a larger application range. There are two fittings for the lower radiator connection. Simply match yours to one of the two options and screw it in place. There are two plugs and barb fittings as well for the two different reservoir designs. This allows you to set up the radiator to fit any factory configuration, as well as convert to a different type overflow/reservoir.

    Plug and Play Installation

    CSF designed these Radiators to easily replace the OEM units. The Plug-and-Play "Drop-in Fit" installation takes under an hour and greatly improves the reliability and longevity of your engine.

    CSF offers a High-Performance Transmission Oil Cooler for the 2010-2014 F-150 & Raptor (CSF #8101) that perfectly compliments the upgraded Radiator. The CSF transmission oil cooler eliminates the concern of overheating. The advanced design features CSF's proprietary AC Condenser Technology, utilizing a 1-Row Super-High Pressure 26mm 10-Channel Microtube architecture that maximizes both oil flow and cooling surface area. The result is dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.
