This is the dual port version, which means it vents some pressure to atmosphere for the aggressive BOV sound while still recirculating the rest back into the intake, so you get the noise without losing all of your boosted air. If you'd rather keep things completely quiet and discreet, Turbosmart also makes a plumb back version of this same valve that recirculates everything with no atmospheric venting at all. Installation reuses the factory hardware, and an extended E-socket torx bit makes removing the stock studs easier if you don't already have one in your toolbox.
